WSTA recap...

Thank You for Joining Us at the WSTA WA State Conference & Vendor Expo!

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited our booth! It was fantastic to meet so many transit operators, trainers, and executives passionate about enhancing driver training and safety. In this recap, we'll give an overview of the event and the experiences we had [and you had!]

Timeline and events

The conference kicked off with three days dedicated to the roadeo, followed by a full day of learning sessions. Afterward, we enjoyed two hours of booth time, a boat ride with industry executives, a day packed with vendor visits and additional conference sessions, and finally, a full day of speaking events.

While we missed the roadeo, we were thrilled to participate in all the other activities. It was an action-packed event and, by far, our favorite transit conference to date. A big thank you to Justin and the team for their efforts in making the event so well-organized and seamless!

OUR TAKEAWAYS = we should attend the Roadeo and consider offering a virtual version for non competitors (see prizes below). We also heard from one of the judges that

"if only roadeo participants would've practiced your Pre-Trip training, they would've improved their scores significantly"

Apparently, even experienced drivers can forget some of their pre-trip checks, and luckily we have a solution for that!

Interest and Engagement

We truly enjoyed demonstrating our latest augmented reality learning tools, virtual reality pre-trip training aids, mixed reality vehicle maintenance training, and our portable, affordable, smallest footprint driving simulator.

Our booth was consistently full, very engaging, and your enthusiasm and insightful questions made the event a huge success for us!

Prizes

We offered a few exciting prizes for those who completed a few tasks. The prizes included smart glasses, digital screen hats, audio caps, heat changing mugs, feel good pens, and more fun related tech.

7 Steps for Improving Training Presentation

A special thank you to those who attended our presentation on August 14th. It was a pleasure to share the exciting ways VR, AR, AI, and driving simulators are revolutionizing driver training. We hope you found the session with our CEO, Jeff Rayner, and Sonya Byrd of Lewis County Transit, insightful and inspiring. You can learn more about that here.
