In 2019, we embarked on a collaborative journey with local transit authorities to modernize driver training for the 21st century. Together, we crafted a comprehensive driver training curriculum covering bus knowledge, driving techniques, and real-life scenarios. By prioritizing feedback from transit training staff, we tailored our solutions to meet needs like "simulator compactness", "easy hardware upgradability", and "hassle-free software updates", all aimed at attracting new drivers, increasing pass rates, enhancing road safety, and improving driving skills for all demographics, languages, and proficiency levels.

We leverage a range of devices, from phones and computers to driving simulators and virtual reality, ensuring accessible, flexible learning anytime, anywhere, on any device. This approach makes learning enjoyable, engaging, and effective.
Following the rollout of our initial training program, Pierce Transit achieved a groundbreaking 100% Pre-Trip pass rate. Since then, we've continued to refine our software and hardware based on valuable input from our clients and their trainees, ensuring ongoing improvement and innovation for current and future members of our driving community.
